Load out is a big priority for our customers because the conveyor belt scales need to be extremely accurate and repeatable. Due to the financial investment, labor costs, delivery delay penalties and possible overload and under load fines involved with load out applications our customers rely on beltway conveyor scales to get the trucks, rail cars and ships loaded correctly. In load out applications our customers typically use our dual idler conveyor scale because of the increased accuracy achieved.

Our remote start/stop station system in load out applications is a popular add-on with added advantages. The customer has the ability to program up to 8 target weights into the integrator or they can be altered at any time. These weights are customer programmable and are easily programmed to load trucks, rail cars and ships.

The remote start/stop station has a START button, STOP button and an 8 position dial which corresponds to the pre–programmed weights. The operator selects the weight he needs and presses Start. The feed will then open and once the target weight is reached the feed will be closed again. The stop button is there to stop the flow should an issue occur.
