Idler Alignment 

Idler alignment is a very important part of belt scale installation. The 2 idlers before and after the scale idler must be properly aligned to maximize accuracy. String lines should be used to assure all idlers are the same height. The following diagram shows where strings (red lines) should be placed to ensure proper alignment.
